Our Commitment to You

We know that taking on a new position, and even applying for a new position, at any company first requires a leap of faith. Yet, we want you to feel comfortable and even excited to apply, so we've outlined our process here.

The hiring process at many companies is like a black box. You apply, wait for weeks, and often never hear back. Seeking a new role takes courage, and it's hard to muster that courage if you're not rewarded with a reply.

Our hiring process is different. We want you to know that when you apply for a role, you will hear back from us, even if we don't seem like a good fit. We strive to make sure you never go more than seven days without hearing from us.

Here is what happens when you apply for a position with us:

  • Applying: After you apply for a position, your application enters our database, and we begin the evaluation process.
  • Evaluation: Your application is then evaluated on the skills for the position. If we don't feel you're a good fit for the position, we'll let you know within seven days.
  • Short Culture Call: If you’re a good fit for the role, we will reach out to set up a time to connect with you. We would like to learn more about you, then share a bit about the company, and the role. Again, we'll provide you with an update within seven days.
  • Skill-Based Project: If your skills and background are a good fit with the role, we'll schedule a time to work on a project together. These are real projects that you'll work on in your position and involve working with our team members. Our goal is to provide an accurate representation of the position and the communication involved. This will give you a chance to see if you enjoy the position and enjoy working with us. This gives us a chance to ensure you're a good fit with our team members. We will follow up in seven days with an update on moving forward.
  • Show Me Call: After the project, we ask each candidate to present the results of the project and to provide insight on improvement efforts. If multiple candidates do well, we'll select the best candidate and prepare an offer. If no candidates do well, we then seek more candidates.  
  • Offer: Once we are done the Show Me call, we'll make an offer including details about salary, benefits, and other relevant compensation details. Hopefully, you'll accept the offer, and we can start working out a start date and onboarding plan.

At each point in this process, we promise to communicate. We strive to never go more than seven days without letting you know the status of your application.
